We made a concious decision not to provide phone support to our customers at this time. This is a decision based 100% on cost. We realize that the vast majority of customers are most sensitive to cost and providing phone support would more than double the price of our existing packages and force the cost sharing of unnecessary services across customers who don't use it. Those who must have phone support will want to contact sales@allisonhouse.com to work out a custom solution.
